BEREAVEMENT COUNSELLING FORM

Teddy’s Wish provides fully funded bereavement counselling to parents who live in the UK.

The support we offer is for the following losses:

Stillbirth (from 24 weeks) ,  other losses from 24 weeks gestation,

neonatal death and SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) up to 12 months of age.

​

Support is offered to parents in the early months of their grief, up until 18 months post-loss.

All our sessions are delivered via zoom.
