Bereavement Counselling Form

Teddy’s Wish provides fully funded bereavement counselling to parents who have lost a baby
from stillbirth (from 24 weeks), neonatal death or SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome).

Support is offered to parents in the early months of their grief, up until 18 months post-loss.

All our sessions are delivered via zoom.
