A Child's Dream at designjunction

London's leading design show, designjunction curated an exhibition ‘A Child’s Dream’ in partnership with two renowned family-run British brands – Anglepoise® and ercol – who kindly donated product for an inspiring collaborative charity project.

Twenty of the UK’s leading designers from the field of architecture, design, fashion and graphics were invited to customise the iconic Anglepoise® Type75™ Mini desk lamp and Stacking chair, from Ercol’s Originals collection.

All items were displayed at the show and sold in a silent auction which ran throughout the duration of the show. Designers who participated were: Sir Terence Conran, Tom Dixon, Wilkinson Eyre, Benjamin Hubert, PearsonLloyd, Paul Cocksedge, AB Rogers, Anthony Dickens, Top Shop, Tony Chambers, Sam Wilkinson, Faye Toogood, Kristjana S. Williams, Michael Sodeau, Donna Wilson, Afroditi Krassa, Bethan Gray, Rachel Galbraith, Philippe Moulin and Emma Mawston.

You can still view all the auction items here: https://www.jumblebee.co.uk/a-childs-dream

The auction raised an incredible £10,000 for Teddy’s Wish. With special thanks to designjunction and all of the designers who took part.

“We still have a long way to go but we wouldn’t be where we are today without the support we received from Teddy's Wish. It is helping us process the loss of Amelia and to learn to parent her in a different way and ensure she is always at the heart of our family”
