Combat Aerobic Class in support of Teddy's Wish

We are so grateful to friends Jo and Clint Searle and Jo King who are organising a fun, high intensity combat class in support of Teddy's Wish.

All abilities welcome. You don't have to be super fit to enjoy yourself you can just work at your own pace. The instructor will guide all levels through the class.
