On Saturday 2nd October, a group of bereaved parents came together at the beautiful and idyllic St Katharine's Parmoor. The weekend was generously funded by Grayson's Legacy Trust in memory of their baby boy, Grayson.
Our retreats are run and facilitated by our patron, Jenni Thomas OBE and Nicola Whitworth who provided parents with a restorative and supportive weekend.
Parents were offered:
- group support
- a creative grief workshop
- mindfulness mediation
- yoga
- gentle exercise
- aromatherapy massage
- a hope spring bulb planting workshop - using social and therapeutic horticulture to help with grief and provide hope for the future
