We are thrilled to announce Teddy's 10 Year Tour, which will take place on Saturday 18th May 2024. Teddy's 10 Year Tour will be a poignant event for the charity as it will mark 10 years since we lost our baby boy Eddie and founded Teddy's Wish.
Cyclists will embark on a scenic journey through the Chiltern Hills and will have the option of completing a 50km, 100 km or 100 miles route, starting and finishing at Davenies School in the centre of Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
Each cyclist will be given:
🚴♂️ A Teddy's Wish cycling top
🚴♂️ A Teddy's Wish water bottle
🚴♂️ A completion medal at the end of the cycle with much deserved celebratory drinks and pizza kindly provided by Knead Pizza
There is no registration fee but we do ask each cyclist to raise a minimum of £500
Whether you're an avid cyclist or you just like to enjoy a leisurely ride, Teddy's Tour welcomes participants of all skill levels. You should be prepared, and have trained, for approximately 3-8 hours in the saddle depending on your chosen distance. This event is not just about miles covered; it's about the collective effort to pedal for purpose in support of Teddy's Wish.
The precious funds raised from Teddy’s 10 Year Tour will continue to fund bereavement counselling support for families who have suffered the devastating loss of a baby. This support is vital in giving families the strength and hope they need to rebuild their life again.
