Teddy's Wish Residential Retreat 2026

We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting our annual residential weekend retreat on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th June 2026

We will be returning to the beautfiful and idyllic St Katharine's Parmoor, near Frieth in Buckinghamshire. Our retreats give bereaved parents precious time away from the day-today-distractions thatlife can bring, and the opportunity to connect with other bereaved parents in a safe and supporting setting.

The weekend will be hosted by Paula Abramson, psychotherapist and founder of Bereavement Training International and Julia Bueno, acclaimed author and psychotherapist.

Our weekend includes:

  • Group Support

  • A healing in nature grief workshop with Hope Springs Gardening

  • Collage therapy

  • Mindfulness Breath and Stretch Session

  • Time in nature

Teddy's Wish pays for the weekend but we do ask for parents to pay for travel costs. Spaces are liimited! To register your interest, please email support@teddyswish.org

“We still have a long way to go but we wouldn’t be where we are today without the support we received from Teddy's Wish. It is helping us process the loss of Amelia and to learn to parent her in a different way and ensure she is always at the heart of our family”
